By purchasing the photos you automatically agree to the following:

1. The photo is provided to only one corporate VAT number and resale is strictly prohibited.
2. The use of the photos is allowed only for the following applications: personal or corporate website of the buyer, use in personal or corporate presentation form, use in personal or corporate presentation video.

* Artware – Nikos Savvopoulos reserves the right to grant the right to use its photos to more than one customer. For exclusive use of the photos please contact us.
* The concession concerns only the use and in no case the ownership of the photo, according to law 2121/93.

It is expressly prohibited by law (Law 3028/2002, article 46, §4) the use of photographs of archeological sites and monuments, in any way and means (including all kinds of electronic and digital), for direct or indirect economic or commercial purpose, without the prior written approval – permission of the competent department.
